PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We can arrange for you property to be managed either on a temporary or full management basis. Based on the list below but, please remember that we will be happy to discuss your tailor made arrangements and will Endeavour to meet your requests.

RENTAL MANAGEMENT

Key holder.
Emergency contact for guests.
Monthly Visit.
We will liase with tradesmen on your behalf and report back to you by e-mail.
We will attend your property for deliveries (up to 1hour) and two deliveries per month.
€30 euros per month

CHANGEOVER MANAGEMENT

We will have your property cleaned in between stay’s which will include:
All surfaces cleaned.
Bathrooms and kitchens cleaned.
All floors cleaned.
Bins emptied and cleaned.
Beds remade and towels laid out.
Ensure toilet rolls and washing up liquid are available.
Used bed linen, towels, tea towels and bathmats taken away for laundering.
€45 euros per visit

MEET AND GREET SERVICE

Please note that we require a mobile number for arriving guests or a commitment to arrival time as we cannot wait for more than 1 hour for arrivals. Guests can, however, call us to change set meeting times so long as we have 2 hours notice.

Retrieve key from key box and leave your key in the key box €15 euros retrieve and €15 euros leave.

MID STAY CLEANING

Mid stay cleaning €20 euros per hour.
Laundry €15 euros per bag (provided).

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We will recommend companies or tradesmen to you from painting and decorator’s, tiling, kitchen and bathroom installation, partition walls, carpenters, electricians and plasterers.
We can arrange quotes for any works that you require at €25 euros per hour.
We can arrange access and can supervise works to be carried out which will be charged at €25 euros per hour.
We will also advertise your property on our rentals website if required. We will charge the rate of 12.5% if we introduce or recommend guests to you for any vacant weeks that you have.
